Our client purchased an empty 40,000 square foot shell. We provided all necessary services to customize their building:
TPM has been at the same location on Laurens Road for decades. By rearranging several departments, we made their business flow more easily. We demolished existing bathrooms and replaced them with more modern units in a better location. We were able to accomplish all these changes with minimal impact to TPM’s bustling business. (2004)
We just completed another large commercial upfit for TPM by converting a production area into Class A offices utilizing glass storefront walls, new sound attenuating acoustical ceilings and LED lighting. During this project, flooring and paint were added in several areas, which made the adjacent common spaces more attractive. (2019)
Southern Traditions Window Fashions is a company specializing in shutter, shades, blinds and drapes. It’s important for their headquarters to be attractive and inviting. They purchased an outdated building and entrusted us with remodeling it. We removed the existing interior offices and provided all new electrical, larger windows, additional HVAC, new restrooms, a break room, two conference rooms and several executive offices.
Boda Pipes was located at McAllister Square Mall for decades. When they decided it was time to purchase a property, Scott helped them find the right location. The interior was gutted and refinished to include a kitchen area, large lounge, VIP room and ample retail space with one of the largest humidors in the area. We leveled and stained the Lounge floor and added LVT in the retail area. New HVAC, acoustical ceilings and LED lighting throughout helped create an appealing, energy efficient space.
